Supporting Technology Startup Projects

Are you a small team who has developed an educational technology product that addresses the needs of learners or researchers in higher or further education? Jisc are offering up to five start-up grants to assist projects (individuals or teams) to promote and pilot their products with universities, colleges or learning providers (post-16 learning) in the UK.

To participate either your team leader must still be enrolled on course in higher or further education in the UK; or you must have an sponsor from a university, college or learning provider in the UK and be be currently engaged in piloting your idea in an institution. Your product should be at least a working beta; it is not expected that you will have an existing customer base but some evidence of existing pilots with learners would be beneficial.
